Beat the eggs lightly with the sugar without foaming. Slowly stir in a thin stream, stirring continuously, preheated to 60C fresh milk.
Slice the Kozunak into cubes and place several in each ramekin. Top up with the egg mixture almost up. Allow the Kozunak to soak for a few minutes. Place the bowls in a deep baking tray and pour warm water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for about 15-20min.
Serve with berries on top and some powdered sugar.
