- 500 g Mini Chicken Breast Fillets
- 800 g Chicken Stock
- 250 g Sour Cream
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 60 g Lemon Juice
Heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan over moderate heat. Add chicken; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until cooked. Season.Sprinkle flour over chicken; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add chicken stock.Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.Stir in sour cream and egg yolks until combined. Stir in the chicken and remove from heat. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.Serve with boiled rice and vegetable mix.
