- 2 kg Pork Spare Ribs
- 600 g Barbecue Sauce
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Remove inner skin from ribs and place them in a deep oven tray. Combine BBQ sauce, , garlic, Worcestershire sauce and 400g water in a bowl. Mix well and season with a good amount of salt and pepper. Pour over the ribs and seal with tin foil. Place in preheated oven at 150C for 2 hours. When ribs are tender and falling apart transfer into a serving ceramic tray. Sieve the left-over Barbecue Sauce and pour over the ribs or put it in a jug. Serve with Potato Chips and Salad. Bon Appetite
