Panna Cotta with Yogurt and Plum Coulis

For Panna Cotta
- 400 g Double Cream
- 400 g Plain Yogurt
- 160 g Granulated Sugar
- 1 Vanilla Pot
- 8 g Gelatine
For Plum Coulis
- 300 g Red Plums
- 300 g Granulated Sugar
In a saucepan boil cream and sugar. Remove from the heat and add vanilla. Soak gelatine while the cream is cooling down. Add soaked and squeezed out gelatine to the cream and stir. Add yogurt and stir until smooth consistency. Pour mixture into 6 ramekins or glass forms. Let it set in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Cut plums in half and remove the stones. Cook them in a saucepan with sugar for 10 min. Sieve and leave it aside. After the Panna Cotta is set, pour a little bit of the plum coulis on top of each portion. Serve cold
