Fondant Potatoes

- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 300 ml Chicken Stock
- 50 g Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Thyme, Salt and Black Pepper
1. Peel potatoes and shape like barrels. Place them on baking tray and pour chicken stock to cover half of the potato hight. Add garlic cloves and thyme. Brush with butter and bake until soft and golden brown. Optional. When serve sprinkle with grated parmesan.
