Chicken with Rice Bulgarian Style

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Legs cut in half
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 sticks Celery
  • 1/4 Celeriac
  • 4 sticks Spring Onion
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 100 g Mongetout
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 10 g Fresh Ginger
  • 1.5 cut Risotto Rice
  • 1 l Chicken Stock
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric

Instructions

  • Dice all vegetables as it is on the picture.
  • In a skillet seal chicken legs with little olive oil and leave aside.
  • Add chopped vegetables following the picture.
  • Add rice and fry until transparent. 
  • Add chicken stock and chicken legs. season with salt, black pepper and turmeric.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 160C about 20 min or until ready. 
  • Blanche Mongetout in water with little salt and olive oil and add to the ready meal.
