Chicken with Rice Bulgarian Style

- 4 Chicken Legs cut in half
- 2 Carrots
- 2 sticks Celery
- 1/4 Celeriac
- 4 sticks Spring Onion
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 100 g Mongetout
- 1 clove Garlic
- 10 g Fresh Ginger
- 1.5 cut Risotto Rice
- 1 l Chicken Stock
- Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric
Dice all vegetables as it is on the picture.
In a skillet seal chicken legs with little olive oil and leave aside.
Add chopped vegetables following the picture.
Add rice and fry until transparent.
Add chicken stock and chicken legs. season with salt, black pepper and turmeric.
Bake in preheated oven at 160C about 20 min or until ready.
Blanche Mongetout in water with little salt and olive oil and add to the ready meal.
