Sour cherry Panna Cotta

- 500 g Milk
- 500 g Double Cream
- 200 g Sugar
- 10 g Gelatine
- 8 g Vanilla
- 300 g Frizrn sour cherries
- 60 g Sugar
- 200 g Water
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
For sour cherry filling
In a small saucepan over low heat put the water and sugar to a boil. Add the frozen cherries directly from the freezer and the dissolved starch with some water. Allow to boil again, stirring constantly. As soon as it boils, pull out of the heat and let cool. Once the mixture has cooled completely, add with a spoon on top of the cream.Serve with mint leaf.
