Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Chipolata Sausages
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread toasted

Instructions

  • In a nonstick skillet add a little oil and fry sliced chipolata sausages, add spring onion and diced red pepper. After that add eggs and stir to get all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle chopped parsley. Put the mix over a toasted slices of sourdough bread. Bon Appetite
